I have spent most of my career working for non-profits. One of the most impactful experiences in my career was as the Youth Market Director for the American Heart Association; partnering with school districts and communities across the state of Colorado to create awareness around heart disease and stroke whilst honoring those we know and love who have been impacted and raising over two million dollars in the process to further the American Heart Association’s mission.
I have been fortunate to work with individuals who have disabilities in very contexts, first as a sophomore in high school when one of my favorite teachers recruited me and other student athletes to run a Special Olympics track event. Later, my college soccer coach got our team involved with a summer softball league for individuals with disabilities. Then, after arriving in Colorado I became involved with the Special Olympics board of young professionals. Not long after I moved to the Roaring Fork Valley, I felt called to return to meaningful, mission driven non-profit work, which led to my role with Challenge Aspen.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time…
with my wife, our two big pups, and family and friends in the outdoors.
