Community Engagement and Program Manager

Full-Time, Year-Round

Job purpose: Outreach, planning and implementation of adaptive programming to engage regional youth and adults with disabilities in organized programming in recreational sports and the arts.  This role has a special emphasis on local Latino and Hispanic communities as Challenge Aspen works towards serving a healthier representation of the Roaring Fork Valley.

Program Services Coordinator

Full-Time Seasonal Position: October 15th, 2024 – April 20, 2025

Job purpose: The primary function of the Program Services Coordinator is to successfully and accurately facilitate all reservation requests for our Adaptive Ski & Snowboard School. The Experience Coordinator is the main contact for all participants and their families, the key liaison between staff, volunteers, participants, pros, and the Aspen Skiing Company.

REC Winter Program Facilitator

Full-Time Seasonal Position: November 18th, 2024 – April 20, 2025

Job purpose: The primary function of this position is to assist with planning and implementing REC winter programs. Assist the REC Team with logistics, participant paperwork, and program facilitation. Support overall organizational needs as they arise.
