Director of Operations
The Director of Operations plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and long-term success of Challenge Aspen. This position oversees office operations, staff coordination, program support, and organizational systems to help ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Working closely with leadership, program staff, and external partners, this role helps align day-to-day operations with Challenge Aspen’s mission, goals, and strategic priorities.
Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the coordination, engagement, and scheduling of Challenge Aspen’s volunteer team. This role serves as the primary liaison between volunteers and program staff, ensuring clear communication, smooth program support, and a high-quality experience for both volunteers and participants. This position is responsible for helping volunteers understand and meet expectations, providing performance feedback, and supporting volunteer training across seasons. The role requires strong organization, communication, accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively while supporting staff, volunteers, and program objectives.
