Position Summary:
The Adaptive Sports Manager is a key member of the programs team and is responsible for growing Challenge Aspen’s adaptive cycling program into a sustainable, scalable three-season offering. This full-time, one-year, grant-funded position leads adaptive bike programming and expansion efforts in the spring, summer, and fall through partnerships, participant recruitment, program development, and high-quality facilitation.
This year-round role also supports Challenge Aspen’s adaptive ski programming during the winter season, including on-snow activities, participant support, staff and volunteer coordination, and adaptive equipment management. The Adaptive Sports Manager is responsible for creating and enforcing adaptive equipment use guidelines, managing equipment storage and maintenance, supporting safe and inclusive program delivery, and building community relationships that strengthen Challenge Aspen’s ski and bike programs. Position Summary:
The Apprentice Pro is a seasonal member of the Challenge Aspen programs team who assists with the preparation and delivery of adaptive snow sports programs for individuals with disabilities. Running from November 18, 2026 through April 16, 2027, this on-snow role supports professional adaptive instructors during private lessons, group programs, and multi-day adaptive recreation experiences while also helping with logistics, participant support, and program operations.
This position is ideal for someone interested in developing skills in adaptive snow sports, inclusive recreation, and disability-focused tourism. Apprentice Pros receive both on-snow and indoor training in disability awareness, adaptive skiing and snowboarding techniques, specialized equipment use, safety practices, and program facilitation. The role requires strong skiing ability, professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to work in cold and demanding mountain conditions. Apprentice Pros serve as positive role models and ambassadors for Challenge Aspen while helping create safe, inclusive, and meaningful winter experiences for participants and their families.

Position Summary: The CAMO Program Facilitator is a full-time seasonal member of the CAMO team who supports the logistical preparation and delivery of Challenge Aspen Military Opportunities veteran retreats. Running from October 5 through April 16, this role serves as a key staff representative for CAMO programs, helping coordinate participant communications, lodging, meals, travel, wellness activities, transportation, and on-snow support.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, group facilitation experience, and a passion for serving veterans through adaptive recreation. The CAMO Program Facilitator provides exceptional customer service before and during retreats, maintains accurate participant and program information in CRM and reservation systems, collects required forms, and helps ensure each program runs smoothly from planning through completion. The role requires intermediate or higher skiing or snowboarding ability, comfort working in changing mountain weather conditions, flexibility with weekends and holidays, and the ability to adapt to evolving schedules. As an ambassador for Challenge Aspen, the CAMO Program Facilitator helps create supportive, inclusive, and meaningful experiences for veterans while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Position Summary: The Reservation Services Coordinator is a key member of the operations team and serves as the primary point of contact for adaptive ski and snowboard lesson reservations. This position works closely with participants and families, staff, volunteers, instructors, and the Aspen Skiing Company to ensure smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and a positive guest experience.
This role balances exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail and coordination across multiple systems and teams. The Reservation Services Coordinator is responsible for managing lesson requests, supporting participant and instructor pairings, tracking required forms, coordinating tickets and rentals, and helping maintain efficient reservation processes throughout the winter season.
