Events & Marketing Manager

Job purpose:

The Events & Marketing Manager is a key member of the development team and works closely with the programs team. They are responsible for planning and executing fundraising events, managing marketing initiatives, and building systems that support long-term growth. This role balances hands-on project management with collaborative work alongside other staff to ensure consistent messaging, impactful outreach, and streamlined systems across the organization.

Winter Sports Coordinator

Part-time, Seasonal (November 3rd – May 1st), 3-4 Days/week

Job purpose: Join Challenge Aspen for a rewarding seasonal role this winter supporting our Adaptive Ski & Snowboard Program. As the Winter Sports Coordinator, you’ll help coordinate ski and snowboard lesson logistics, instructor support, equipment organization and inventory, and training schedules.
