Seasonal Position: November 17, 2025 – April 19, 2026
Job purpose:
The Apprentice Pro (AP) will assist in the preparation and facilitation of adaptive snow sports programs for individuals with disabilities. APs will spend most of their time on snow, supporting both REC and CAMO (Challenge Aspen Military Opportunities) adaptive lessons, while also contributing to program logistics, support, and administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining experience in the adaptive snow sports and inclusive recreation tourism industries. The Apprentice Pro will receive training both on-snow and indoors, covering topics such as disability awareness, adaptive skiing and snowboarding techniques, and the use of specialized equipment. The role also offers hands-on opportunities to develop skills in group leadership, logistical coordination, and adaptive program development.

The Events & Marketing Manager is a key member of the development team and works closely with the programs team. They are responsible for planning and executing fundraising events, managing marketing initiatives, and building systems that support long-term growth. This role balances hands-on project management with collaborative work alongside other staff to ensure consistent messaging, impactful outreach, and streamlined systems across the organization.

Part-time, Seasonal (November 3rd – May 1st), 3-4 Days/week

As the Winter Sports Coordinator, you’ll help coordinate ski and snowboard lesson logistics, instructor support, equipment organization and inventory, and training schedules.
