Program Manager – Individual Programs

Full-time, Year-round: May 1st, 2025

Job purpose: The primary function of this position is to oversee individual offerings, serving as the key liaison between participants, families, staff, volunteers, and partners for those programs.

Program Facilitator

10-Month Full-time: May 28th, 2025
Unpaid leave in May and October

Job purpose: This role supports the planning and implementation of year-round programs, assisting with logistics, participant paperwork, reporting and program facilitation.

Program Field Staff

Seasonal On-call: June 2nd, 2025

Job purpose: This role will involve traveling to various locations to facilitate Challenge Aspen’s Custom Adventures and assist with other adaptive recreation programs, ensuring the smooth operation of programs, and providing an exceptional experience for participants.

Summer volunteer applications are currently closed. Winter applications will open at the end of August.

Volunteers have the opportunity to change lives through year-round, adaptive recreation and to be personally moved in the process, while experiencing the fun of the Roaring Fork Valley.
