Before joining Challenge Aspen, I had a successful career as a self-employed event professional. I was honored by the opportunity to consult for the US Department of Labor, interact with the biggest names in tech, and guide a small mission-based organization’s transition to a globally recognized standard-bearer in diversity and belonging. All the while, I was volunteering for Challenge Aspen’s Locals Program, and falling in love with the Roaring Fork Valley, and the people in it. In 2022 I joined Challenge Aspen’s staff and couldn’t be happier. I am deeply passionate about recreation, building cultures of inclusion, and I am thrilled to contribute to an organization that helps people find their sense of adventure and discover possibilities through adaptive activities.
