Are you ready for the volunteer experience of a lifetime? Challenge Aspen volunteers make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities — and have fun doing it.

We offer year-round opportunities including adaptive snow sports, archery, SUP, cycling, special events, and office support. No prior adaptive experience is required. Ski or snowboard skills are helpful but not mandatory, and all training is provided. To ensure safety and professionalism, background checks and required trainings must be completed before volunteering.
