Title: Experience Coordinator
Reporting to: Lead Experience Coordinator
Job Purpose: The primary function of the Challenge Aspen Experience Coordinator is to successfully and accurately facilitate all reservation requests for our Adaptive Ski & Snowboard School. The Reservations Team is the main contact for all participants and their families, the key liaison between staff, volunteers, participants, pros, and the Aspen Skiing Company.
Job Status: Full-time/Seasonal (October 15 – April 15)
Pay: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, serving as a primary contact for participants and their families, ASC pros and Challenge Aspen volunteers.
- Respond within 24 hours, using phone or email for communication.
- Utilize Flybook and B-store for accurate reservation input.
- Ensure smooth reservations and participant/pro pairings, resulting in quality on-hill experiences.
- Assist in managing Challenge Aspen scholarship program tracking.
- Coordinate lift tickets, rentals, and payments.
- Collect and organize required participant forms promptly.
- Confirm lessons with participants, pros, volunteers.
- Assist in volunteer scheduling and Junior Volunteer Program (JVP) management.
- Maintain accuracy of schedules and follow reservation process.
- Understand disabilities for adaptive equipment and instructor needs.
- Attend meetings, foster positive relationships with staff.
- Familiarity with Challenge Aspen and TOSV procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
