CHALLENGE ASPEN WELLNESS GUIDELINES FOR STAFF, PARTICIPANTS, AND VOLUNTEERS

The safety, health, and wellness of the Challenge Aspen community, including staff, participants and volunteers, is our highest priority. These guidelines apply to all participants, staff, and guests, regardless of Covid-19 vaccination or immunity status, and are intended to support safety within our programs. Our policies may adapt as circumstances evolve.

Please be respectful of other participants, staff, and volunteers and stay home when sick.

Individuals must be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication before returning.

A doctor’s note must be provided to qualify for a partial refund for any cancellation within 48 hours. Cancellations due to injury or illness within 48 hours may be refunded, less any non-refundable fees from vendors or partners.

An individual who becomes ill during participation will be isolated and must be picked up as soon as possible.

If an employee reports to work sick or gets sick at work:

   Isolate the employee immediately.

Protect the Employee’s Privacy; this is a medical matter.

Help them figure out how to get home and/or get medical support without impacting others.

Ask them to call their doctor or Aspen Valley Primary Care at 970-279-4111 if they do not have a doctor.
